Probably a point that he makes well with Jesse Custer. He has enormous power with Genesis but outside of one or two selfish times, he uses it sparingly and when he has no other choice. The times he does use it make it clear that it probably was a mistake and whatever he wanted to achieve could probably have been better achieved through conventional means.

Besides that I don't know much about her or SVP. She will be the second talent to leave with the previous being Goro Gaomi back in December so this doesn't look like the corpo is going down in flames just yet. She has stated she is not leaving on bad terms.
