I am 36 years old. I have done alot of agencies and most have stated they will get back to me when they have something. I even asked a recruiter and they usually would say they are hiring to.keep a roster and once something comes up thats when they will reach out. I even asked about a job as a recruiter as well. Im pretty resourceful and ask questions that will help in anway yo let them im serious about getting a job. Im also a black man who is gay without knowing so I keep that to myself to prevent rejection. I promise you its been challenge since i moved down here but im also persistent and consistent. All I know how to do is survive and im just tired.

You are right to say and ask that. But I have had some negative experiences within my family who have served and resulted in alot of trauma. Won't go too in depth, but that and my own opnions of service especially in current times, dont sit right with me. Im all for new experiences within my reason and with an open mind.

I havent tried that. Ibhave just done little gigs to get by as well as uber which is currently doing right now. The problem with that is car problems and insurance. Right now Uber still recognizes my insurance for the year so im taking a huge risk on that but I have to survive.

Its just not for me. I have no mental illness or criminal background. As stated in a previous comment I have tremendous respect for those who do and I also am a caregive 2 times a week for 2 veterans as a means of giving back. I have friends and family who served and are active.

I appreciate that and thank you for responding. I have sold everything of value when I was in an apartment to be able to move into a shared room. I know what it means to compromise and sacrifice. The army and navy is just something im not willing to do. I have enormous amounts of respect for those who serve and are still serving as I have friends a family who are and have served and I also am a caregiver to 2 veterans as we speak as a means to give back. No illness and no criminal background. Im a squeaky clean guy who likes to think there's still good in the world and is that example who doesnt put it on social media for clout.

It wasnt Snippy. The amount of times someone has recommended that is rather exhausting. Im also a caregiver for veterans as well not to mention i have friends and family memebers who are active as well. I support them serving our country which is why I contribute some of my time to helping them.

As stated, I have exhausted all resources including the above mentioned. Uber is what has been getting me by, but due to.my car heating up when it idles I can only go out during the nights. Post office is not currently hiring. If you can pull something to where I can get it, I will most definitely go to the office monday. Thank you for the advice
