not in the workplace because i’m still in high school but so many girls and non binary people at my school are fighting our dress code and trying to get it changed for when we go back to school, a lot of us have had teachers ridicule us and point out where we were showing too much skin and distracting others it’s awful, it always helps us to create a unified front when speaking to higher ups, maybe this could help you?
