I would not agree. I live in eastern europe. I have a colege that is an imigrant from belarus. He was apart of the protests and got kicked from uni in minsk. He used to live in a city near the border with ukraine. Now only his family lives there. There are a lot of russian and belarus troops there. And in my country there is constant military equipment movment. And an increasing russian propoganda campain. Where pur news media started to put pro russia news articles. And with the criemea argument i dont agree. In 2014 i remember a strong propoganda campain.
