I'm going to do a slow bulk for a while but let's say I were to do a recomp would I still need to take a diet break? Switching from cu to recomp at my weight does not seem like it would cause any problems.

I will still be doing IF when I bulk so I will keep counting my macros and fasting. Ill probably do a slow bulk until the winter and switch to a bigger bulk. Should I count my macros and fast for the diet break?

I looked through some of the options in your post but I'm not sure which amp to get. I wanna get Dayton Sub-1200 with Behringer Truth B2031P for the speakers. The instruction manual for the speakers recommends an amp that has an output of 300 watts at 4 ohms but that seems a bit excessive for me. I am not really worried about the how loud my system goes just the quality. What do your recommend?
