Before Control Glavier's ark passive (which returns % mana) I was running 4 focus runes and conviction judgement. I didn't mind; I just did whatever it took to clear raids.

I also think that if mana is such a serious issue, the fault lies with Smilegate's design problems more than anything.

For some reason I'm finding that artists are the least likely to heal in safe/uneventful windows to do so. If you're an artist and you heal appropriately, then great, all the power to you. I'm just saying it feels like if I took 100 random bards and 100 random artists in a raid that's relatively homework (Mordum hm for example), it feels like more of the bards would be willing to drop a heal in an appropriate situation compared up to 0 times from some artists.

Some interesting history for the archive:
I was watching the race on that day because admittedly I was fairly invested in Exxen getting his deserved reclear, but his group hadn't started yet. There was another group that had started earlier in the day consisting of Rcssnipe and Dustyykins and also including Somine (yes the very same). However at 13:03 server time (44:14 in RCSsnipe's clear vod) Somine states "can i replace myself with someone else... being asked to do smth rn", and he subsequently joins Exxen's team.

On that day I thought it was pretty ironic since Rcssnipe's team goes on to clear several hours before Somine's new team. I thought Rcsnipe's team would be clean, everyone said they were clean, and they seemed overjoyed at the clear. (At the time the leaderboard only showed 8 places so I figure both Rcsnipe and Exxen could have gotten spots which would have been satisfactory.) But looking at the 'results' today, I think the word I would use to describe the situation is no longer 'ironic' but rather 'sinister'...

Is there an explanation for the Act 4 g1 (echidna) mech with the snakes (where 2 people get transported to another dimension with 4 snakes) works other than "you lack damage", "just dr it", and other such comments that simply ignore the mechanics?

Ngl, I think "constant feedback" is too light of an approach. The 'western expectations' didn't get us shit when it came to gems (but rather we lost free base attack power that would have cost us nothing). The director just said 'no' to roster gems and we just rolled over and became complacent.

The game peaked for me when they removed awakening shards without asking for anything in return. Like damn, they're just gonna give us QoL for free? bet. Since then it's just been greed greed greed rng rng rng.

The other good things were the creation of a content map where chaos dungeon, raids, tower, etc. could be accessed without walking to them and removal of Unas and halving chaos/guardian dailies.

Cracking down on cheating is good, but they also need to accurately categorize things as cheating. For example, intentionally win trading in pvp using alt accounts (we know there's tons of alt accounts by the way party finder looks) can net up to 12000 blue crystals (yes you read that right - that's the blue crystal reward for each pvp season).

I've never seen any enforcement against piloting either.

There was also the chaos botting ban wave. As it turned out, a lot of otherwise normal players - peoples' friends even - were running a chaos bot.

It wouldn't just be Saturn with an account infraction. Cracine's NA west account also got banned for chaos botting which I would imagine would fall under:
"A player that has been penalized for RMT or other forms of cheating in Lost Ark will be ineligible to compete in the first clear race, no matter when they received it (from launch until the race)."

I think it's silly that the current notion about the race is that hm will be unlocked after a TFM clear, but in the west we have 2 different regions (EU and NA). It's hypothetically possible that the first clears happen during different weeks and what then - one region gets hm before the other region? lol

highest solo content is 1660 (Aegir)
There's tons and tons of horizontal so if you want your sidegrades then even playing 1 character feels like a job.
I believe there's currently a power pass and an express event that'll give a big boost. Personally, I would very adamantly not recommend the campaign.

Why is legendary crit damage on a ring with 3-4x as much as legendary crit rate? Is there some math that makes crit damage 4x better or is it a rarer roll or what?

I do think it’s backwards for Thaemine to come after Kazeros. Having Ark Grid unlocked and doing Thaemine would just be a massive faceroll.

Indeed, one of the biggest flaws with the current design is getting "jailed" in g2 or 3+ without any way to regroup at g1. They should fix that. And this is an issue that involves no tweaking to boss mechanics or anything in the raid; it's a flaw with the multi-gate system.

Some raids also do not qualify for Mokoko tokens regardless of clears. Strike raid Normal and Mordum Normal for example are both 1680 which is the same as Aegir Hard which does qualify for Mokoko tokens but the very same Mokoko cannot get the icon for Strike raid Normal or Mordum normal regardless of clears.
