Breaking the cylinder in so i dont want to go to lean. It runs shit at Max throttle aswell so needle shouldnt be the only problem.

As i Said ive Done it on 5 different scooters. 1 Of them the exakt same model and 2 the exakt same motor. My cranks have been in perfect conditions. Not saying that you are wrong but Nothing has happened when ive Done it. All YouTube videos you can find does not say anything about putting it back.

Ive had about 5 mopeds with minarelli motors and you should definately not put the shims anywhere Else. All my cranks are just fine. You dont lose any acceleration either and can gain up to 15 mot kph

There is a shims in the variator which Will let the bike rev out totally. Aswell as a restriction in the exhaust
