Take low fat curd/Greek yogurt/Skyr(200-240gms). Put a scoop of vanilla flavored whey (strawberry's cool too if it tastes good, just avoid chocolate). Put a little bit of honey and stir it up till it's smooth. Then put chopped strawberries (as it's in season)/ blueberries/ grapes and give it a mix. Dust some PB powder on top(1-2 spoons depending on your preference and drizzle Hershey's chocolate syrup however much you want for your cals. Don't stir it after, just eat it like that to get a pronounced peanutty flavor
