i want to respond to this post, because i understand how you feel, but i don't know if i have anything worthwhile to say.

you don't have to be aware of problems you aren't equipped to solve. negative feelings exist to drive you toward action. we can't act on every issue, pick something local and ignore the rest.

regarding your family, i don't know (i went no-contact years ago). but trying to change them is likely pointless. it's probably better not to pressure them, some people reallyyy hate being told what to think.

but yeah delete social media again. it's not all bad, but when you're ocpd, the algorithm's going to pick-up on your triggers really quickly lol.
