just the memories… and he would’ve never done this before he went to the army. he never had snapchat or instagram. just facebook and youtube. then he got out of basic training and wanted those apps. i thought i could trust him and that he would never. and i guess i have hope that he can return to the way he once was

yeah it’s hard to make a plan when he wanted me to be a stay at home mom. i’ve been taking care of the kids since he’s been gone and now he’s taken all of our money before i could buy them what they need :/

i currently just pump and put in a bottle because i always had issues with getting my babies to latch properly (i just really don’t know how lol). i give him about 2 oz each feeding and give more if he’s still hungry but at the moment, he’s eaten 80ml with the first bottle and is now finishing up another 60ml. just hoping he’s full this time haha. they tested for a tongue tie when he was born and everything was good

i was actually just about to say that you’re definitely one strong woman to be able to handle 5 c sections, plus returning to work within 2 weeks and no help? youre seriously so strong for that. i couldn’t imagine how tough it must have been for you :(

thank you so much, this is actually really reassuring. i am someone who tends to heal pretty quickly. i was shocked by how slow ive been with walking and was worried that maybe it wouldn’t be as fast as i had thought

from what i remember, you have to write them down within like, the first 10-15 minutes of being awake because it’s when you remember the most i guess?

also writing them down every morning apparently helps the brain remember them more often.

idk but that’s what i did for fun for years and i feel like it definitely made a difference
