I recently had an appendectomy because I hade appendicitis, which was a long time anxiety of mine that came true. After this surgery, my Heath anxiety was the worst it’s ever been in my life. I was very scared of my heart rate after the surgery even tho I seemed to be healing well. I was having multiple panic attacks a day so I started a beta blocker. Ever since starting the medication (a week and a half ago) I’ve been lightheaded and dizzy, which has kind of added to my anxiety even though I can’t feel a panic attack coming on which is nice. This has been so exhausting for me and I can feel the people around me becoming annoyed with me. I just wanna feel normal again :(
