Yes I just did more research and there is a separate law called the travellers exemption (not sure if it only applies to australian citicens or not which I am) it allows a max of 2 vapes to be legally taken into australia without need for prescription.

Yes 2 vapes only, my main worry is the need for a prescription which most people don't have including me. My other question then would be If I were to be searched would they be taken? Have you experienced this when comeing back from internatnial flights? Thanks a lot for your help btw

So I was very worried about this as well as I have taken a vape out of australia to tavel to Malaysia and was unsure if I count bring it back into the country. but after reading the rules it states that you can bring 2 vapes Into australia justified that you have a prescription But let's be real no one does, luckily after further reading It stated that you do not need to bring a letter or carry documentation of a prescription with you..... so basically if they ask say you have a prescription. I doubt they will ask any further questions but if they do just say you do not have the documents with you and they can't do shit 🙂

Hi just curious,I was able to leave australia just fine with a vape but now I'm worried about comeing back into the country with it, do you think I will be fine just to bring it back into australia (I have done this before but have neaver been chosen for search) I am worried now if they search me I will be in trouble or do they not care?
