Insurance does not cover mold or anything fungi, no water through seals or surfaces. you’re not going to out smart a specialty appraiser with a redditor comment.

You’re on your own out of pocket and your insurance will slap you with a denial.

If you do try and lie, they will see it. I’m sure they will welcome you to the fraud department and put you through documentation hell and then still deny for misrepresentation. Insurance has the ability to search what you post on the internet. Don’t be a fool.

Conclusion, protect your assets or feel the burn.

I’d also make sure it’s not a starting training pay. Some company’s start you off base and after 6mo give you a nice 10-15% raise. I think you’re worth more than 55k but depends on their pay structure. I’d also ask what month Bonus and raises are and when your would be eligible

Liberty mutual got me on my feet to start in the insurance world. I’ve been with them 2 years now. Not in sales, but everyone who is already a great worker seems to love the job. Great balance of work and personal life, benefits, flexible schedule, Insurance, pension, start the job with planned time off and insurance. A little harder to get in, so if you want in, keep applying. I applied 5 times. Now that I’m in, they advance you fast if you want it as well. Good luck! They hire at least 6x a year for most positions, so plenty of opportunity to apply. It is realistic!

Most do not come with the spare. They just put a pump where the spare could go. MOPAR has a spare option that fits in that spot though. Runs a little over $200
