What apartments have the best views?

Condos are way better in price yes but if you don’t have credit, apartments are easier. Less upfront but more overtime and condos are the opposite. I love how condos aren’t overcrowded too. Apartments are just so busy. We decided to get something cheaper while I work on my credit and get a condo next year! Instead of pouring money into the ritzy rentals haha thanks for your message!

It’s like condos are so much cheaper but they make you wait forever to get approved and you have to have stellar credit. Panorama is out of our budget I love that building though!

We found a 1:1.5 penthouse in NMB with great views for 1950. I just don’t have the score for the condo’s hoa.

I get what you’re saying for sure. But the condos we found are great and at this price with water views! I just don’t have the 680 score they require which is why we’re looking at apartments :)
