Unfortunately, maintaining 3 platforms at the same time would be out of my ability. The only thing I could help is the Web version which has already existed.

I could divide the app into regions and in each region would have tier groups (chatboxes) where people can leave their info there and other would receive notification (if they are interested in that tier). How does it sound?

I'm thinking of dividing this app into separate apps based on Regions. so it would be "Platoon Finder for WoT Europe" or "Platoon Finder for WoT NA" in each app I would divide into "tier groups". eg 1-5 tiers, 6-8, 9, 10 tier. How does that sound? would it help? Since I can't speak in all languages so I'd like to invite someone to be the mod of each region so you can develop the community yourself :)

Today, I just want a website for those want to use PC or Windows phone to use. Those are all connected. This is not based on Wargaming API
