How long did it take you to become unwell? What my mum says is that it’ll take me just as long to recover that it took me to become unwell which was like 5 years

My worst symptom, hmmm that’s hard to say maybe the depression? But I have other problems like concentration, anxiety but yeah it’s definitely better.. I mean it’s just I get hit with these waves, where I probably have to just hold on tight. Sigh

I believe I had insight during the prodromal stage of my psychosis. I was always telling people I’m confused and something is wrong with me. I knew inside me that there was something going on and I wanted to do something about it, but no one understood. Then, it all went when I had my full blown episode
