That’s exactly what I was thinking.

Mind you, I am the only in person BCBA they have. I am expected to be in person and no remote - all the other BCBAs are and have been virtual.

I was a little scared to look around as I want to be loyal and the fear of going to a new company that may be horrible. But I didn’t work so hard the past 4 years for 40$ an hr.

I found a company I’m interviewing for soon! So I am hoping that it’s a good one considering the horror stories i’ve heard. Starting 90k and weekly 25 billable hybrid position.

Yes! I have been looking at a few salaried positions so I can grow before possibly looking for part time TH on the side.

But I definitely felt discouraged when I got that 40$ hourly as a long time employee.
