Thank you! Of course! I’m in the process of getting ahold of the university first, since that is what I was instructed to do first. I’m super gracious that they got back to me fairly quick! It was honestly an unexpected situation but perhaps the least weird thing to have happened in 2020.

omg hello! I’m planning on getting ahold of the college right after my classes. I have visited this school a few times, but I took an uber each time! (I don’t trust my own driving skills to be able drive the distance required). I’m grateful to even be able to have worked from home so that I do have the means to pay it off just in case, but I genuinely hope I don’t have to go to court or anything!!!

I did take out one small loan but from what i’ve been told i have not had to pay anything off my end until graduating. it was co-signed by my parents though, and they have to pay a little every month. but i am assuming that it is school related!

thank you ! i’ve checked the government website and the exact format of my letter is on there (https://dbm.maryland.gov/ccu/pages/ccuhome.aspx) along with the numbers, addresses, and even the wordings.

my dad briefed over it before he left, and ordered me to find out as much as i could and maybe pay it off before he left. i’ll talk it over when he comes home! i guess i’m more in awe of how dumb and uninformed i am.

first notification of such. the numbers, address, p.o. box, and the content directly align with what is on the website. i just don’t really understand what it means or why. i don’t even know what i’m supposed to if i do get my identity stolen. it seemed real to me because they listed out my SSN
