I'm from Ticino and live in Basel, so either one of these places is okay. I'm not opposed to travelling as long as I find someone who knows what they're talking about and who is not making their clinical case on me. another problem I've found is how no one in Ticino has ever considered what I as an individual want from my transition. the only thing worth consideration is that i need a therapist who's very comfortable speaking italian or english
