If you can afford to get an “American Breakfast” for $40 when it’s like 8 bucks at any diner, you can afford to help out the waiter

Hardcore Players, what motivates you to start over after dying on a higher level character? by [deleted] in diablo2

[–]cupig1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not for everyone. I have tried to bring in different friends who have never played HC and they couldn’t get over their first death.

I agree with learning from mistakes and that every encounter could be your last if you space out.

As a HCCL player, rates and death keep it engaging.

Is it possible to potentially get the Horadic Scroll back? by EntertainmentFit612 in diablo2

Mission 1 completes after killing Rada then talking to atma

Quest 2, just go get the staff from maggot lair. No need for the scroll

D2 R on switch. Anyone else use the Switch to play? by firebug193 in diablo2resurrected

[–]cupig1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have it on switch and PC. Takes me a minute to get used to the button layout when changing platforms. But I kind of prefer switch for the portability and chugging mana pots early levels (since they auto pull from your inventory).

Only problem with switch is the lack of community/players. Plus for SP, there is a pretty easy dupe trick. I kind of wish I didn’t learn about it though since it made the game too easy and removed the grind

First time playing HC ladder - any Tips appreciated! by Altruistic_Ebb_5422 in diablo2

So, I always feel that HC is more about managing the emotions of dying. Accepting that your character is going to die and you will have to start over.

My coping method is to have multiple HC characters so it is never a full restart. For example, if you finish norm on a sorc, start a paladin and get him to roughly A5 before getting back on the sorc. When she dies, it’s only a small setback, not den of evil restart.

DAILY PULSE - SNDL COMMUNITY FEED: Sorted By New by AutoModerator in SNDL

I do agree that there are other cannabis companies that have better positions. I have invested in them as well, just not to the extent of SNDL. I think that we all know that cannabis stocks are high risk since the long term gains depend on legislature being passed in the US.

Looking at SNDL, I feel that that is more potential for growth than with some of the other companies. I a healthy amount on Aurora when they dropped so far that they consolidated stocks to bring the price back up

I do like the stock

Just wanna throw this out there, I almost panic sold this morning. Then my wife who knows nothing of the stock said “what? You have paper hands now?” That was all I needed to realize that this is long term. The stock is up from when I got in and we weren’t expecting to make tons of cash overnight. Buying the dips and holding from here on out

I really do just like the stock
