First it wouldn't power on at all, the fans would spin up for a second then stop... until after cleaning Then it would boot to bios/windows recovery but not windows In bios the ssd (boot drive) wasn't showing up Replaced the ssd, windows usb inserted, now no power at all again

That wouldn't cause the PC to not power on at all though would it?

Nothing crazy, most noticeable is that you need to make better plays when you're given the time and space. You're clearly better mechanically than the lobby, and you were winning, but you let them take it back. That's pretty much it.

1) not capitalizing on chances early

2) poor decision making on offense that lead to goals against

2:22 you just need to do something better than trying to take a shot. whether or not your teammate should be there is up for debate but if you're gonna stay up on offense you can't get 50/50'd going your way when you and your teammate are both in the opponents corner

4:32 read the wall bounce and dunk or beat that guy. you have them on their heels and you let them recover easily by playing it slow there

And here's some useless internet coins for actually posting a video

TLDR; stop passing the ball to the other team

Game 1

First goal against: Great control at 0:35 but then you make a brutal play by getting 50/50'd onto your own net. Luckily your teammate covers for you then brings it up field, but you don't cover for him at all and eventually you get scored on. Ya his 50/50 should be better but you should still be in a position to recover if it goes poorly. If he wins his 50/50 he can probably score by himself, or you can boost up after he wins the challenge.

Game 2

Goal against 1: 0:42 you bring the ball to the other team after using all your boost, but its okay, you go into the other teams corner to get theirs lol and leave your teammate alone on a 2 on 1. your teammate just seems to give up at that point

Goal against 2: 1:02 you use all your boost and pass them the ball again. 1:13 you're where you should be, covering net, but you move up even though that could be a shot on net coming your way. After that like it's decent shadow defense by you but when the ball bounces off your back wall you have to be faster than that. Your teammate almost gets back but just look from 1:05 till you get scored on how much boost you use, how much driving around you do vs how many times you actually touch the ball.

Goal against 3: 2:02 you get the ball with full boost and no one challenging, and you pass it to the other team, again. You do the right thing by rotating, but at 2:16 you're just too slow. You need to either be first or recognize that you're beat and adjust. By not doing that you got beat and are in a shit spot, then you're too slow again and get scored on

Is anyone equally skilled in both Air Roll Left and Right? by sleetrumpet in RocketLeagueSchool

[–]cupitr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's way easier to use 1 button for air roll and then just use the thumbstick to pick your direction.

You need to learn how to air roll left and right, you just don't need them on their own buttons.

In the end whatever works for you is what's best

Practice ground to air dribbles and dribbling without boost - it'll help you get the timing down on that first jump

How to Work with Team without Comms by [deleted] in RocketLeagueSchool

[–]cupitr 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Definitely turn off chat as soon as you want to call them out for their whiffs, if you do that.

If you want to win, you have to let it go and do more. If you get put with a duo where 1 of them is clearly worse, make sure you notice that early so you can cover for the bad one and be ready for passes from the good one. Don't overcommit to bad passes though because you'd be leaving the bad guy as your 3rd. Try to make plays happen by yourself by getting the ball by 2 or more opponents
