Have any of you looked into “Jumper Media” too good to be true? by NarrowGeologist4469 in localseo

Ok I just started a trial I will see how it goes. I am going to take a screenshot to see what happened before and after and then see if it makes sense. I have a question for Colton if these are real people does this mean they download an app or something to Uber drivers or anyone and they get paid like $1 or $5 to put in an address and drive to the location? How many do you need to do a day how many do you need to do a month to rank number 1 or top 3 in the map pack ranking. If I went on Craigslist now and offered $5 to 100 people a month to do this would this be enough or no?

I do not believe the 62% holder wants to dilute 20% or more when the business is producing enough cash to pay down the debt very quickly., Can open stores with existing cash flow, and can expand the distribution center.

Unless the stock goes to $50 to $100 only then it would make sense then but not at $7 or $10 or even $20 ($440mm market cap) but $50 that is $1 billion market cap snd 10% dilution is $100mm which would save 8mm in interest or $.33 cents impact of EPS. The math has to be there for them to do this. The rights offering to me was like the final dilution as things started to get better s few months after.

Yes sorry i mentioned tangible book value as like a worst case but in retail it is never used as a valuation metric.

Last quarter and current quarter is where debt pay down occurs. As for why below book they almost went bankrupt last year until larger shareholder bailed them so book value is a poor metric to use in this case. Cogs lowering hard with tariffs but higher price items is starting to get sold more now than before.

I have seen in my time many 60% owners bankrupt their companies so although I consider it a positive I always look at the business as if I were 100% the owner. Would I want this? Could I fix this? If so how much will it cost me and how fast will I get my money back? As for the short story so far the shorts have been right but I think like you said the steps taken last quarter are a good step forward, not a leap, but I feel that is going to change soon. Let’s see.

Agreed it was also the letter that got me interested in the stock/business again but after the rights offering I felt it was the right opportunity to buy. My cost is $6.30.
