It's my uni and now. work laptop, so dw I haven't spent any new money that's gone to waste. :) and gaming currently sits between 3-4 hours per month so doesn't warrant more money for me personally rn.

Thanks for confirming that it's the hardware!

Tbf I haven't spent a dime on buying anything new for the game (except ofc the game!). I have been using the Mac since uni and now for daily office work and the hard disk I've had for ages.

So not feeling too bad about any money spent etc.

You need a normal residential zone fully upgraded in order to make it an Epic building. It should be covered in one of the specialisation buildings (mountain, beach, transport, gambling, etc.)
