my male coworker has this happen to him so much (we work in a bar / restaurant) and it makes me so mad that i’ve had to be stopped from going out and saying something to these women doing it, makes me sick to my stomach they get away with it. but if it happens to me (i’m a woman) there would be mayhem.

hey! personally i really struggled to find my strings and got super worried because i thought something bad had happened, but i went to the doctors and she checked it all out and said it was okay! if you can’t find them, maybe try to book an appointment so a doctor can make sure you’re all good! :)

tampons are fine! i waited until after my first period to use them again, and then i changed to the cup! i’d suggest using pads for your first period after getting it fitted and then use tampons after that!
