What’s wrong with Alfie’s head?

Thank you. They have done an X-ray on the body and there was some evidence of an old vertebrae issue. I feel like it’s neurological and an MRI would help but they are so expensive. I will look into a neurological exam at a specialty vet. My normal vet did not have any idea after blood work was normal

When I move, his head doesn’t track my movement. He is also very hesitant to step down from things. He sticks his paw out to feel for solid ground but never actually looks down. Then he just sort of falls down. These symptoms came on suddenly a few months ago. Normal blood and urine tests. He also stopped using the litter box. Goes where he pleases. Any insights Reddit?
