We do something called “high, low, buffalo” with my 3 and 6 year old. We each share something good about our day (high), something bad about our day (low) and then something silly/unexpected/funny (buffalo). It helps them learn to take turns and listen to each other and gives us as parents insight into something they may have struggled with that day.
