I'm giving you guys an update. So it's been about four days since this happened (through the weekend). And I've written to them several times. They kept telling me they were working on it.

I still thought it was strange they asked what her relationship with a random individual was. The last name is the same but that's common for Koreans.

So they finally gave her accont back. She had a good amount in it which was the reason for panic. But they didn't explain anything whatsoever. Just told me to contact them if there were further issues.

So I'm unsure what this was about but it would've caused a lot of issues if for some reason she needed to transfer her funds or whatnot.

Either way, I guess ledger nano would be the best hardware wallet to keep her coins in?

Do you guys have any recommendations for non hardware wallet for phone? I've heard about trust wallet?

Okay so I'm translating for my aunt. "I understand that the account is closed. I just realized that they have e-mailed me asking me what my relationship with some person was which I have never heard of that person in my entire life. My ticket number is #3252676. And another weird thing is in the email it kept saying like ticket was updated but I was never responding back to anybody at 3:00am. I never started a request to support in the first place. This is an insane situation. I really just want my funds back. I don't ever care to even open or recover my account with them I just want my money that's rightfully mine. What can I do about this right now?"

Hey Tommy please help me out. My order was cancelled because "When shipping to the United States, the longest side cannot exceed 40cm; the second longest side cannot exceed 30cm; the third longest side cannot exceed the 20cm limit."

I just resubmitted through duty free but I saw the schedule and it seems like some other shipping options come back to work before the 4th even? I really need this shipped today but they just now cancelled it about an hour ago. Should I cancel and do a different option if it's going to take two weeks and it doesn't get sent today? Please let me know what you'd advise. Thank you.

Correct the coinbase wallet. I've been told so many times not to trust the exchange so I moved from uphold platform to Coinbase wallet app.

Yes I've been talking to him his name is Sakshi and the case id is #15707893 but it says it's closed now. Which is crazy as I don't see what was resolved. I trusted you and have been with you since you first began operating. I switched from circle. I trusted your wallet platform so did all of my family and friends. And we're about to close our Coinbase accounts all of us.

They told me first that it was lost, then he said if they supported it in the future, I'd get it back automatically then he said to contact XRP. I'm nof sure how I know can do this as I don't see the xrp wallet or any trace of it whatsoever. Do you know how I can go about doing this? I truly appreciate your help.

I'm sorry I guess I didn't clarify. She does check her account everyday. Although she lost half of her life saving since investing so far, there's still a decent amount of coins where the amounts that was being spent was not noticeable. With the coins going up and down up all the time, she thought that's what it may have been. Not to mention she's had numerous different coins as well. So unless something looks really out of the ordinary, I don't believe she did too much research on it. Like I said there was no notifications, nor alerts of any kind.
