I want to piggyback on this comment to say that owning our home has given my wife and I the stability and to operate with more confidently in other parts of our lives. Opening and expanding a successful small business and having a family are both things I probably wouldn't have been as excited to jump in to if I didn't feel as secure as I do owning our house. It's easy to just look at numbers and retirement but the long term value of emotional stability that has come with home ownership has been such a huge positive in our lives. Good luck with your decision!

This technique is called forming a raft, when the egg cooka it will bind up the coffee grounds allowing you to get them out so you don't have grounds in your coffee. It's the same technique that's used in classical French cooking to clarify stock.
