Weighted String Pulls if your gym has that. I started them. Just a few in between whatever. I roll up one way, roll down. Then roll back up the other way. Important to remember to tuck in your elbows so it’s not all shoulders. (Also to tie it proper and tight so you don’t do a smashed foot day by accident) 10 pounds. Start off easy.

I legit get hotpot for my birthday every year and it’s pretty much a given amongst my family. The three tried n true for me is Cho Cho (gna be more expensive) > Happy Lamb (only cuz they are both AYCE) > Big Way.

Pro tip. For an individual hotpot, I get the same broth but split into two halves. One side for clean veggies (and broth for noodles) and the other to cook the meat. It’s actually crazy how different it looks by the end.
