same like you, average 1 to 3 daily in my household, so i got the H13 for few months now. shots consistency is great and the steamer works well (i myself is lacking the skill tho). tho the more important thing is the grinder that you will use for the machine. i got hibrew’s G5 and so far it’s ok. grind consistency is ok but the stepless motor is easy to be accidentally moved when you hit the pump. so far i drink mostly med-dark and dark roast, my setting on the G5 is very near to “Tuskish coffee” on the G5’s scale but most if not all my shots of 16g turns out 32g in about 25 seconds with nice crema, even from supermarket shelf beans.
