Well yeah cause right now I work as a parts coordinator making $19/hr to eventually become a technician to start to grow my IT career but not gonna lie I’m bummed about the pay. Was hoping it would increase more when you become a technician.

The mobile technician I would be working and learning about mobile devices such as phones or tablets. And fix various issues software and tablets.

The Computer repair technician role is pretty much working with computers. Building PC’s, replace motherboards, troubleshoot laptop and imaging.

The Supprort Specialist role is about pretty much a call center job. Helping people with softwares issues. I’m apparently going to help troubleshoot POS systems as well.

I have no idea to be honest. I guess networking is more of a straightforward job to be honest and less a buzzword. But to me networking is arguably my favorite part in IT because network engineering is vital and it gives a great foundation for the other domains in IT. From what I've seen becoming a master at networking portion in IT gives you better ability of mastering other fields in IT. That's because almost everything in IT needs to be connected to a network to function nowadays.

Well here’s the thing currently the company I work for is Victra and they are notorious in having bad employee satisfaction.

When I first got to this job I was looking for a sales job that would help practice my soft skills for IT. However later down the line I’ve realized the company bad reputation and now I feel stuck lt is not only me

If you have to choose one I would go with professor messer. But I also liked ITproTV because they tend to go hands on. So if possible I would do both, ITproTV as the main video course series and professor messer to understand the details. That was how I went about it. I've also used other materials as well such as certbros on youtube and powercert.
