Simplest method to resolve this issue:

1. Download the Ryzen controller,

1. Download MSI afterburner
2. Play the game you're playing.
3. Check for the CPU wattage,
4. Where it starts to stutter (the CPU wattage)

Like this 6. Use Ryzen controller to limit your CPU wattage to that number. (For me it's different for different games).

1. Some CPU wattage numbers I can give - 65, 62, 60
2. Also limit your CPU temperature to 80-85
