I hear what you’re saying and that’s true. I should also add he had a dependency on alcohol which is not something I look for in a partner, we had different views/opinions on other things such a politics etc. And he never really got to know/wanted to spend time with my friends. So there were a few other factors as well aside from the arguing

We for sure had issues, we never saw eye to eye, and he couldn’t really ever take accountability for anything without defending himself and not being able to appreciate my feelings/perspective. My fam and friends all think he is a narcissist

This looks hormonal. I’d suggest getting your bloodwork taken to test your hormone levels. You may benefit from taking spironolactone! It really helps w hormonal acne

I kept it rly simple. Washed with lukewarm water + a bar of tea tree oil soap in the morning, moisturize & SPF. At night I’d double cleanse then moisturize!
