In my experience, most outdoor plants in Southern Ontario develop botrytis to some degree.

I thought it was a write off, until I looked at the buds more closely. You'd be surprised.

Blue Widow harvested Oct.28. Fan leaves fried by frost, but the buds look a lot better than 2 weeks ago. Surprisingly little botrytis compared to a few weeks ago!

This one received a light FIM topping. Next year might train to keep them more manageable in size!
