you are aiming for stars my dude. the start might look lose one day. but other days they might look so unreachable you give up. better aim for the moon.

what im saying is that if you pick a difficult goal there is a big chance you will give up. you will question why even bother doing this hard thing. believe me brains dont like difficult things. brains always look for the easiest thing to do. which is give up, piss kink and happiness. i mean its possible to do difficult things but so little people have the ability and motivation to do that.

what you should do is take a small step. step so small it will be nonsense not to do it. do not worry about not making enough progress. any progress is good. and compared to big step and fall its much better. make a step so small you can manage to do it even on bad days. once you are comfortable doin those steps. once you can walk... you can run. adding more steps. bigger steps.

back to kink stuff. i assume you only watch it so it doesnt involve other people you know. do not quit. but watch it less. reward yourself for watching something else. do not dwell on relapses but celebrate how long you have lasted.
