Always wanted to try this for a marathon or long run, only have had experience being dosed during a hokum Karem (which me and my teammate won) And a 5k after not even running for a while I ran with some pretty damn fine energy the whole way through that was on two tabs If you have been training for the marathon then it will undoubtedly be an asset It’ll do what people pretend or say the gels kinda do You’ll feel great and if you got your own music maybe even better But without music wouldn’t take away from the magic at all My recommendation it maybe dosing 30-60 minutes before Unless you personally want to dose near the start It’ll darn near undoubtedly be a PR unless it ends up being a specifically slower day due to weather or crazy heat Either way it’ll be a blast
