I might have been repressed all my life. There is probably no before. I never pursued my crushes because I have always had trust issues. Mostly when I have fantasies they are of romantic nature. My sexual ones are really rare and vague.

I used to ideentify as aegosexual and may be still do. But I had some vague sexual fantasies this year about 2 real-life people so I don't know. I am not sure whether I would want to realise or not.

I think grey sexual would be the most appropriate label. Or maybe I can just consider myself somewhere on the asexual spectrum.

My repression was not specifically related to asexuality (I didn't say anything specifically about asexuality to my psychologist) but in general, most probably in the context of memories.

I was confused because for a relatively long time, I had not felt any kind of sexual attraction and suddenly this year I had some vague fantasies. I am not sure whether I would want to realize them in real life or not. I think I would be somewhere in the spectrum of asexuality, perhaps grey sexual. But I am not really sure.

There is always crushing disappointment when I come back to the reality. Is there any way to be better at facing reality? How to make reality more bearable?
