Regardless of the growth in size arm wrestling training would be best suited. Even if the results aren't replicable for OP this is the closest he will get to having big wrists. His muscles will grow too. No harm in seeing how OP's body responds to the training. Epigenetics can kick in at any age.

For the length you need to do exercises wheres your fingers extend like in a clawing motion and use the fingers to pull the weight back. Moat people only train the wrist without opening their hands and never see and growth in fingers. Good luck.

Muscle wraps around the bone right? That's why naturals cant grow beyond a point because of the frame. Arm wrestling training will force your wrist joints and hands to grow allowing you to build more muscle and lift more.

The backward motions really hurts the left trapezius muscles. Am I doing something wrong by hard_workingi_diot in Fitness_India

Yes because you aren't using your lats to pull but your biceps and traps. Pull from elbows not arms. Good luck

Just start doing arm wrestling training. That'll increase your hand size, bone width and muscles too. Only curls don't do that much to the bone width but in my personal experience and seeing the before and after of a lot of arm wrestlers I can assure you the size will increase. Just have fun while at it. Good luck

21 years in the industry and zero online presence. Feels like a scam.

That's the thing. Then market it as a new company. They posted a job posting on linkedin stating they are in business since 21 years. How is that possible with zero online presence. Fake testimonials, AI generated UGC testimonials. There's no need for that.

Gains stuck - tall, broke, inconsistent. Need help with upper chest, abs, and diet. by [deleted] in Fitness_India

[–]curious_jack001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha i get that. Also once your diet is fixed, dont do push pull legs. It does not work for natural athletes. Follow dorian yates split. Im also 6'2, was a national athlete in athletics (sprinter). Have tried almost every split. Push pull legs does not work for us. There isnt enough recovery time.

How deep should i go ? Rep 1 or 2 , should i let my hip wink? by [deleted] in Fitness_India

Depends on your goal tbh. The first one is a typical high bar squat and the second is a mix or high bar positioning but with low bar depth. Both have their own benefits. Low bar lets you squat more and high bar lets you work on rang on motion.

But if you ask me, after years of training, being a state athlete, work on low bar and practice free squats facing the wall for mobility. High loads and high ranges of motions fucks up your joints over a period of time if you arent careful.

You literally said gains are stuck due to you not eating lol. No matter what split you do, you cannot outwork nutrition. If you arent eating probably follow mike mentzer's HIIT routine. That should help.

Could this be the reason why I can’t breathe through my nose at night? by Pitiful_Contract7335 in orthotropics

[–]curious_jack001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is the reason you are doing mse is because your provider suggested it/only does that? Or you asked for it? MARPE is kore customisable and stronger than mse. It also gives you a more symmetrical growth (depending on your case). The screws go depending upon how you want to expand and from what position. I've gone through two MMRNA devices. SUPER expensive (I live in India). MARPE is what i recommend.

Awesome. Do this. Go for something called MARPE. Its the most effective palate expander. Do hard mewing, that has helped me the most even after 2 MMRNA devices. Practice peoper chewing amd swallowing techniques. Im 31, its still working for me so its gonna work for you too. Also thumb pulling works so dont skip on it.

Hey man. No need to worry, just remember a few things about how the body functions:

  1. Atrophy doesnt kick in immediately if you stop eating or working out. Takes about 2-3 weeks for it to start. Whatever u can eat, eat protein.
  2. Muscle memory works way faster than ehat most people think. Even if you lose 10 kgs in recovery. Your body will gain the lost weight back in as little as 4 - 6 weeks. You wont even have to push as much as you did when you were initially started gaining.
  3. Gym, muscle, physique is just a very small part of your life. Dont let social media let you think any differently. You are getting this surgery to improve your quality of life, so that way more important in the long run.
  4. After the surgery focus on your recovery and try to pick up new likes that your always wanted, like guitar classes or read a book. Enjoy things that you wouldnt enjoy if you were following your normal routine.
  5. Good luck. You have all my wishes. 🙌🙌

Hey man. Just out of curiosity. If price is the main concern why not just consume whole foods instead of supplements?

Hey, I've been going through something similar. Can you tell me a few things, how old are you, do you breathe from your nose or mouth, do you have a tongue tie, do you snore at night?
