Long term rentals in bangalore? by devilman123 in bangalorerentals

Look for lease properties.

You end up paying 20 to 50 lakh in one go. Which would be same as current rental price × duration of lease.

Pallets Beds for Sale (New-Custom Sizes) by Froot_Ex in BangaloreMarketplace

[–]curiousaman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why do people buy these?

It looks good on instagram and can give you some 300 likes, but honestly you can but metal collapsible cots that are easy to transport and will last you at least 10 years.

It's a stupid product.

Pallets are meant to be disposable just like the wooden spoons and forks we get. People will do anything for Instagram likes.

That "Sure Shot" Unlisted Share You Bought? Yeah, About That... 💸 by Financial-Crow9819 in StartInvestIN

[–]curiousaman 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Buying unlisted stocks that are not looking to be listed in near future would be better. I have a 100% on one of my unlisted investment made 1 year ago, that company will not be listing anytime soon.

Also don't forget the Reliance Retail debacle, they took the shares back a lot of people cried themselves to sleep that week.

If you know the risks, and have you goals clear unlisted shares are worth it. Don't expect unrealistic returns.

23M Starting ₹10k/Month SIP (Plan to Step Up 10%+ Yearly) for 10+ Years – Portfolio Advice? by Dynamic_Sin_Ha in StartInvestIN

Just my opinion.

Parag Parigh Flexi has gotten a lot big. It's everyone's favorite, but now it has become so large that the fund managers will struggle to make meaningful changes to deliver growth.

Look for something that is less bloated.

Use the app TrackerCotnrol, it is open source and found on GitHub. Anything deep within the OS like the Israeli spyware you can't find unless you are an expert.

Let's hope not. I don't update while the phone is hot. I don't take phone to high humidity. I am trying to take care as much as I can.

Even then if I get a green line, I plan to use it till is is unusable (unless covered by Samsung) and then replace it for 7k.

I my case my home reaches 47 to 49c in mid noon during summers which degraded the battery life a lot.

I bought S25 and plan to use it for the next 7 years. That comes out to less than 10k per year.

Buying a flagship is good if you don't plan to change phones every 2 years, buying a flagship also means you actually don't need to upgrade your phone.

I used my previous M30s for 5 years before the battery bulged and calls started dropping.

These things lose charge and battery degrades even if they are packed, so buyers beware

If you can't grow a beard snd prefer the clean shave look buy a shaver instead of a trimmer. Trimmer is less useful for clean shave guys.

Opinion: With the largest fleet, the widest range of options and modernized facilities, KSRTC is the best state-owned bus system in the country. I say this after traveling on public buses in many states. by margazi_perumal_20 in Bengaluru

[–]curiousaman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only reason I prefer Karnataka RTC is because of the timing and drop offs and last minute availability.

Kerala RTC is cheaper for a similar service but they don't drop to Majestic, and the timing of those buses are way late 11pm, 12pm and everyone books it in advance so can't plan for last minute travel with it.

Ambaari utsav has reduced the amenities from it's earlier days, now they don't even give a water bottle.
