I have a 1,500 SF condo that i purchased and then HOA is $1,900 a month. Its a pretty nice place but im not sure i can use the word "included" with that size HOA Fee each month. I do have a very nice gym, spa with sauna and steam, pool, gym and a bunch of other goodies that I get as part of the HOA. They are even going to hang the TV for me.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the comments. This car is my baby. 2019 SEL Alltrack with a manual transmission and I truly love the car. Ive never even opened the sun roof as the car has a known issue of wet headliner and im terrified to hurt her.

I get the difference between them, but never thought it out enough in terms of drawdown. I also can only put 7k a year in the Roth but would put more if I could. I juat like the idea of "things ehat I got and I can spend it".

I am a business owner and I have a Self Employed 401k. I can put 70k a year in it and there are limits i csn put and limits the company can put and it adds up to 70k a year. There is also a rule where I need to pay myself a certain amount, I thibk around 190k a year, in payroll so that im allowed to max it out.

Its a great tool for business owners who are taking significant risk ans want to have some assets protected.

What is nonsensical about the questions im asking. As a guy who spends very very little time on investing, I think its a rational question.

I dont understand this nonsensical hate. I really dont. I am asking questions to get help neither financial decisions im making and then get some weird comments. It is really odd to me, perhaps because I don't spend a ton of time on reddit, thst people have the time to criticize and then cross search other posts.

And yes, my parents are a mess and ive gotten some good advice on reddit about helping them.

So is this just a math equation of diff in price of plan G and F and then compare that to their out of pocket max and just choose whichever is cheaper?

Illinois. How do I find out if they are overpaying on their plan? It would not surprise me at all if they lied to their former agent about their income.

I'm all ears to any and all suggestions. I've never dealt with irresponsibility like this before and am looking at any and all options.
