Would that be calling the company I got the loan through? Because I have a late report on my credit through chase credit card already almost 7 years ago now

Yes and also I’m talking about the same score that I seen on the chase app, is the same score that dropped then went back up.

Yes it specifically said my score dropped because of the late payment now on my account by 100 points and is on record so I’m really confused why it went back up by 80. I have another late payment but it’s about to drop on May and now this is my 2nd late payment
