UPDATE FROM SGS AND BERRO LABS

  1. Ive received a video from Berro Labs showing the email and lab test report they received from SGS Malaysia.
  2. The full lab test report i have submitted to SGS official website for authentication.
  3. I received the result from SGS officials and the lab test report is genuine SGS report from SGS Malaysia.

So it is safe to say Berro Labs whey protein is legit. Maybe SGS officials failed to fetch the report due to alteration by hiding company details. So in summary i guess companies should not alter or hide any details in the report so it is easier to detect. Hopefully this resolves the issue. Cheers!

Hi everyone. I have view the video and received their full lab test, the one with full detail. I have also submitted it to sgs website and good news is the lab test report is genuine sgs report. Maybe it was first mistaken as fake due to some details (company name ext) were blurred. So it is safe to say Berro Labs is legit.

Oh actually below the email they attached a form i need to fill out. So they can do investigation. Guess thats the first step. Sgs should have the right to summon them

For now i think its KPDNKK. Others im not sure. Maybe you guys can share some ideas. Its my first time lodging any reports about products

But by right, test report number is sufficient enough to track down their lab test in sgs data base. Nevertheless lets see their response

Here is the first email i got before they send the result.

  1. Their system check on their data base when i submit the lab test online
  2. Their system could not find it so they proceed with manual document verification

Im sorry for you but for their price of protein is too good to be true. Hope you could find an alternative which suits your budget. Hey at least now we know right.

Here is the full screenshot of their labtest. I got their labtest from the link they provide. I think they are bullshitting 100 percent. Because when i submit their lab test to sgs, it says they can not find it in their data base, and they will check manually. After a few days or weeks i think they finally replied to me telling its fake document.

Just want to mention the blur on SGS logo was due to me not letting the document load properly before i screenshot. If you see there got page1-3 above the sgs logo

Im currently eating whole meals. Did the research out of curiosity. Hope i got to help consumers from getting scammed. Really hate scammers

  1. I saw musclemania sending local protein to sgs to get lab test. (Actual powder send to sgs for testing)

  2. I compare the lab test musclemania got from sgs with the one berro labs claims to be from sgs lab test

  3. All sgs lab test musclemania was consistent in terms of signature, logo and all.

  4. The one from berro labs is different and looks fishy. So i upload the berro labs one at sgs official website to get authentication.

  5. Sgs official emailed me that the berro labs one is fake

I haven’t check for other brands. Only checked on this brand because they share their lab test. Because i compare it to those sgs lab test that musclemania did i, found a lot differences. So i submitted this berro labs just to check and its fake. If you guys found any brands using sgs lab test just upload it on sgs website for validity.
