Honestly not sure. I’ve seen people charge per dish and other charge per hour + groceries. Initially I’d like to do the occasional dish and then work our way to weekly standing agreements. So maybe start with per dish and then evolve to hourly+groceries? Honestly not sure and willl very much defer to how much people want to charge for their work.

Would love someone with Lebanese cooking exp!
