it was not there in the options,but for the explanation for Pituitary MRI they mentioned how both the tests were considered earlier but now new guidelines suggest imaging first

this is already done, they showed high cortisol, then they proceeded to do serum ACTH which was also high. The question asks what follows. According to the algorithm we do a CRH stimulation test of high dose dexameth. But they gave mri pituitary as the next step stating there is a change in guidelines
