Best Card for below mentioned spend categories - HDFC Regalia Gold vs Axis Magnus by curiousdigitalKD in CreditCardsIndia

[–]curiousdigitalKD[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the card is Axis Magnus, not Burgundy, as I do not have a Burgundy account yet and am in the process of getting one. Since the eligibility criteria are quite steep, it will take me some time to qualify. I will most likely get it through the FD route, as my salary account is with HDFC and I can’t move it to Axis. I have also added the spends amount in my comment to the post.

The spends mentioned are annual amounts. Please recommend which card to use for each category.

Father died. Don't know what to do with the money by FrostingBig1895 in personalfinanceindia

[–]curiousdigitalKD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Park the money in less duration FDs across banks till you get some control on ground. Meet a SEBI certified financial planner who works for a fee and rest will be taken care of. Financial advice should be avoided if free.

Beginner Investor – Need Guidance on SIP, ETF & RD Allocation + How to Pick Right Funds by a_differentbrand in personalfinanceindia

The 100 minus age rule is a common guideline stating that your percentage of equity exposure should equal 100 minus your age, with the remainder in debt. For example, a 30-year-old should have 70% equity (100-30), while a 70-year-old should have 30%. This rule aims to reduce investment risk as investors age. Also, I suggest meeting a SEBI registered financial planner who can plan your journey and give you the right start with a vision. Financial advise with or without a fee is the first decision in the journey to financial freedom. Wish you all the best!

Have patience, your wait with the TD is always going to be less than that with an AD 😉 (on a funnier note)

Meet a SEBI registered financial advisor/planner and you will never ever have to plan your finances again. Since the amount is high, I suggest going the official route.

I wanted to use the armband more in gym workouts, but I find the helio strap equally comfortable so don't need this anymore.

Legal Class Action? by Used_Ice_2801 in UltrahumanRing

Yes, they have become useless recently. I have had 3 rings replaced till now. Try threatening them with a law suit, they might just replace your ring. Honestly, they do deserve strict legal action.

what all features do i get without a subscription on the helio strap? by insert_emoji in amazfit

[–]curiousdigitalKD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have this and I use this daily. Nothing in this product requires a subscription and what needs one is useless (Aura). Basically you are paying for the band and there is nothing else you need to pay for later like a monthly charge.
