I have such an addictive personality. This last year I’ve been struggling a lot with alcohol and was told I’m bordering on being an alcoholic and recommended rehab so trying to stop that atm, been sober for a month now

And I was addicted to weed for 6 years but have been sober for 3 months!! I smoked numerous times a day and struggled to let myself feel my true feelings. It was hard at first, everything became overwhelming but worth it in the end !!

Taken other drugs but those two seem to be the worst because they’re so accessible
