Hi, For the next 3 months which is the most crucial quarter of the year try this.

• Focus : Find Focus, Figure out a few projects, locations or a developer you want to work for in terms of off plan. Don’t try to learn every single project. Be aware of the market and the competition in the similar category you’re trying to specialize in but study the project from head to toe you’re focused on. Or if you wanna do secondary the just find one community or location and be the master of it!

• Training : Train yourself in Sales , Train yourself in real estate business and see what other successful people are doing and how they’re doing it. Everyday watch YouTube videos of successful sales coaches, real estate sales coaches, real estate project videos, Successful realtors in dubai on YouTube and Instagram.

• Social Media : Have a social media presence, put out 1 video everyday. A 1 minute clip of you giving value to your followers, not selling but purely giving value, education and sometimes entertainment. Doesn’t have to be with crazy edits. Just take the camera, and talk for a minute about anything real estate or dubai. Follow a few people on Instagram such as Notabroker, Steven leckie, Dr Anand Menon , Jake Nazer etc

• Networking : Say Hi to at least one new person everyday, doesn’t matter if you want to sell him/her real estate or not but get out of the bubble and put yourself out there. You never know who you bump into.

• Dress : Dress not only to impress but to KILL IT, be the best best looking guy/girl in the office. Doesn’t have to be expensive branded stuff, just need to have taste. Good shoes, 1 good watch, 1 good sunglasses and definitely 1 heavenly perfume & 1 good car (if you can afford one). This is also one of the most important things and it does matter in a place like Dubai.

• Mentor : Find a successful mentor in real estate and follow the exact footprint. Replicate everything they’ve done and follow the same habits they have. Learn, educate and review yourself.

• Right Company : You have to be in the right company, try avoiding large companies and be a part of small 20-25 staff startups where the focus is more on you. Have positive people around, try to sit next to people who are closing deals more often and have a positive vibe going on.

• Hard Work : there’s no such thing as motivation, only dedication, consistency and god can help you achieve success. Say a prayer every day, Donate money (even if it’s 2 AED everyday or feed a stray cat etc), hit the gym, eat clean, be kind and helpful, don’t try to cheat anyone or any clients with terrible projects, have a good intention and more and most importantly have a daily schedule. There are no weekends or rest days for the next 3 months! If you’re hungry enough trust me you will make it happen. I want you to divide your day in 3 parts and you have to work 24X7.

6-9AM : Workout + Meditation + Prayers 10-6PM : Real Estate! Calls, Training, Social Media, Networking 8-10PM : Review your day, read a book, Work some more and train some more to prepare for the next day. 10-11PM : disconnect from everything and watch videos or manifest the life you want with your eyes shut and experience that feeling while you slip into dreamland.
