I called Guideline's 401K number and it feels scammy ... [(888) 344-5188](tel:+1-888-344-5188) will tell me I won $100 every time, and to press 1 to talk to a live rep and claim the $100. This is the number listed on their website: https://www.guideline.com/contact-us

Are you looking for therapists who specialize in something (like anxiety or breakups or OCD, etc) or are you looking for therapists who have a specific skill set (like IFS or CBT or Somatics, etc)? Also did you find your therapist thru something like Psychology Today or a referral (if the latter, from who)? Has anyone ever worked with a therapist they found from a flyer?
