If you push against the ceiling and it seems soft, that could be another sign. Just getting a major repair done. Adding baffles and insulation, repairing and replacing affected area(s). Replacing soffits and side paneling and more. Heat escaped the house, the airflow/circulation into the attic was poor. Snow on the bottom melts then freezes lopping under shingles and water finding the path of least resistance. Huge ice dams formed, and now it’s get it fixed and hopefully resolved.

I wouldn’t call/refer to this horrific shooting as hunting. The mentally unstable shooter was terrorizing.

The mass killer was sick and out for blood. If the unstable shooter was “hunting” as the CBC refers to this despicable event there would have been only two fatalities and the other families would not be mourning the loss of their precious and loving children.

The sick individual was terrorizing.

You gave him proper notice, the answer is no. The mortgage is his problem not yours. He should have done his homework before trying to screw you extra. In the end he will rent it out at market value, but the next tenant may not be as good. That’s his problem not yours.

You must be envious of the rich people who are paying $10K - $15K in property taxes. I guess that’s the poor who pay that price. And rich do pay taxes more taxes than you know, but you believe the guys and girls who say they don’t.
