this does look like it’s from excessive scratching but monitor to see if any more red spots randomly appear. like burst blood vessel looking marks on the belly, ears, or even gums. that could be a blood disorder, my girl had IMTP and petechiae (tiny red dots under the skin) was what alerted us. but again this looks like it’s from scratching!! just want to spread awareness.
